We start with players as young as first year of kid pitch, and work with players up to college age, giving them the foundation for proper techniques that allow for optimal arm health!

Hitting:  Our proven hitting system, formulated over the past 27 years, allows players to learn and understand the basic and advanced fundamentals used by all successful high school, college and professional players.  The players are instructed in a logical sequence that allows them to improve the consistency of hitting the ball, then moving to improving their power, allowing them to hit the ball 30’-100’ farther than they currently are hitting the ball.

All successful major league players and the top college programs, including Cal-State Fullerton, a perennial college power, use the information we teach the players.

We teach the players to recognize when they are not relaxed and how to get to a relaxed state of mind.
